1. Service Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Deixtra Private Limited, we strive to ensure complete client satisfaction with all our services. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and service cancellations for web development, app development, graphic design, custom software solutions, and digital marketing services.

1.1 Project Cancellation Timeline

  • Before Project Commencement: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
  • After Project Planning Phase: 75% refund of the amount paid.
  • After Development Has Started: 50% refund of the amount paid if less than 25% of work is complete.
  • Projects 25% or More Complete: No refund will be issued, but the client may receive deliverables for the work completed thus far.

1.2 Service Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services:

  • You must notify us in writing within 7 days of service delivery.
  • Specific concerns must be clearly outlined to help us address the issues.
  • We will work to rectify the issues and deliver a solution that meets your requirements.
  • If we cannot resolve the issues to your satisfaction after two revision cycles, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Digital Product Refunds

For our digital products including POS systems, dropshipping solutions, and school management systems:

  • Standard Software Products: 14-day money-back guarantee provided the software has not been substantially customized.
  • Customized Software Solutions: No refund after customization has begun, unless the product fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications.
  • Subscription Services: Pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period if cancelled.
  • Technical Issues: If a product consistently fails to function as advertised despite our support efforts, a full refund may be issued within 30 days of purchase.

2.1 Refund Process for Digital Products

To request a refund for a digital product:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your purchase details and reason for refund.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  4. Upon refund, access to the digital product will be revoked.

3. Return Policy for Physical Products

For any physical products or hardware components that may be part of our solutions:

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition Requirements: Products must be in original, unopened packaging for full refund.
  • Opened Products: May be eligible for partial refund or exchange if undamaged.
  • Defective Products: Full refund or replacement for products that arrive damaged or defective.
  • Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

3.1 Return Process

  1. Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Include the RMA number visibly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our support team.
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following items and services are not eligible for refund:

  • Domain registration fees
  • SSL certificates once issued
  • Third-party services or licenses purchased on your behalf
  • Rush or expedited service fees
  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
  • Custom development work that has been completed according to specifications

5. Dispute Resolution

If there is a disagreement regarding refunds or returns:

  • We will attempt to resolve all disputes amicably through direct communication.
  • If necessary, we may engage a neutral third party for mediation.
  • All disputes will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Deixtra Private Limited is registered.

6. Policy Updates

Deixtra reserves the right to update this Refund & Return Policy periodically. Any changes will be communicated to existing clients and updated on our website. The current policy is effective as of May 2025.
